Romans 9:14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.

English “unrighteousness” in Romans 9:14 was translated from Greek noun 93 adikia being anyone or anything that is not right per God’s definition of right. The world’s 4,351 religious doctrines that are not consistent with God’s definition of right are not right and are subsequently irrelevant. Greek noun 93 adikia is from a compound of Greek negative particle 1 a synonymous with English un or not and Greek feminine noun 1349 dike being right per God’s definition. I loathe the ambiguous English word righteousness because it always seems to be self righteousness while God’s definition of right is unambiguous and unequivocal.  

English “God forbid” in Romans 9:14 was mistranslated from Greek qualified negative particle 3361 me which was 486 times translated into “not” and Greek verb 1096 ginomai subjectively meaning to cause to be. God’s grammatical objects are caused to come into being during this earth age. The crux of Romans 9:14 is that God does not cause anything that is not right [per God’s definition of right] to come into being during this earth age.

The last four verses in the bible warn us of the consequences “If any man shall add unto” or “if any man shall take away from the words of the book” and 2Timothy 2:15 demands that we “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth”. There are three basic ways “man shall add unto” or “man shall take away from the words of the book”:

1. Etymology of English words change over time as exemplified by English “detest” as it relates to Greek 3404 miseo and Latin detestari literally meaning to de-testify throughout the bible as well as English “volume” as it relates Greek 2777 kephalis and Latin volumen in Hebrews 10:7.
2. Greek and Hebrew words are inadvertently mistranslated by flesh translators as is the case with English “life” in Luke 14:26 and Genesis 9:4 as relates to Greek 5590 psuche and Hebrew H5315 nephesh. Greek 5590 psuche was 58 times correctly translated into English “soul”. Hebrew H5315 nephesh was 475 times correctly translated into English “soul”. Genesis 9:4 is fully defined in other posts but God’s definition will be superimposed prior to Romans 9:14.
3. Greek and Hebrew words are intentionally mistranslated by flesh translators or interpreters when the Greek and Hebrew words diminish religion’s authority, as is the case with Greek neuter noun 3957 pascha meaning Passover which was intentionally mistranslated into English “Easter” in Acts 12:4. Greek adjective 3956 pas meaning all was intentionally mistranslated into English pronoun “whosoever” in John 3:16. The noun Greek adjective 3956 pas describes in John 3:16 is “world”. Correctly translated John 3:16 says For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, in order that all believeth into him, not perish but have everlasting life. Which is consistent with God’s will defined in John 1:9 Romans 14:11-12  Acts 2:17  Acts 24:15  Luke 3:6  2Peter 3:9  Ephesians 1:10 Romans 8:21 Romans 11:32  1Timothy 4:10 and 1Timothy 2:3-4 as well as John 3:15-16 and 1Timothy 6:13 when properly translated. Genesis 9:4 “But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat”.

Fifteen English words in Genesis 9:4 were translated from the five Hebrew words אַךְ־בָּשָׂר בְּנַפְשׁוֹ דָמוֹ לֹא which were transliterated into the seven words ak bāśār nep̄hešh dām ‘āḵal lō’ āḵal and God’s most succinct English translation of those words possible is: But flesh thoughts with blood and a soul shall ye not consume. 

English “with the life thereof” emboldened in Genesis 9:4 was mistranslated from Hebrew feminine noun H5315 nephesh which was 475 times correctly translated into English “soul”.

English “shall ye” “eat” emboldened in Genesis 9:4 were mistranslated from Hebrew verbs H398 aḵal meaning to consume. When we follow God’s 2Timothy 2:15 edict to “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” by studying every verse containing each Hebrew Old Testament or Greek New Testament word as the  grammatical object of God as our one and only grammatical subject; God will define each word for us and provide context as is the case with Hebrew verb H398 aḵal which was translated into English “consume” in Ezekiel 21:28 “And thou, son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God concerning the Ammonites, and concerning their reproach; even say thou, The sword, the sword is drawn: for the slaughter it is furbished, to consume because of the glittering”. The Spirit of God then correlates Ezekiel 21:28 to Genesis 9:4 and God will then correlate Genesis 9:4 to Exodus 20:3 “Thou shalt have no other gods before me”  then correlate Ezekiel 21:28 to Ephesians 6:17 “And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:” and Hebrews 4:12 “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart”.

We recently posted Romans 7:14 but we need to reexamine Paul’s words “For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin” in the context of this paragraph. English “know” emboldened in Romans 7:14 was translated from Greek verb 1492 eido meaning for a grammatical object to see through the eyes and to know through the thoughts of their grammatical subject. English “spiritual” emboldened in Romans 7:14 was correctly translated from Greek adjective 4152 pneumatikos from Greek noun 4151 pneuma meaning spirit. English “carnal” emboldened in Romans 7:14 was technically mistranslated from Greek adjective 4559 sarkikos from Greek noun 4561 sarx meaning flesh. Greek adjective 4559 sarkikos technically means fleshly which describes and qualifies everyone other than God’s “seven thousand” “election”. This is important because the Israelites received God’s spiritual law through Moses’ flesh eyes and thoughts. Jesus repeatedly referred to the Old Testament “law” as “the law of Moses”. Jesus made this even more clear when Jesus in John 4:23-24 said “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him” “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” and Jesus in John 6:63 said “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life”. There was a flesh Old Testament/covenant/contract/law between God and the Israelites. There is a spiritual New Testament/covenant/contract/constitution/law between God and the “seven thousand” “election” who will superimpose their own covenant with God unto Israel as confirmed in Jeremiah 31:31-34 “Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah” “Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord” “But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people” “And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more” as God reiterated in Romans 11:26-32  “And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob” “For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins” “As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father’s sakes” “For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance” “For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief” “Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy” “For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all”. English “gifts” and “without repentance” emboldened in Romans 11:29 were translated from Greek noun 5486 charisma and Greek adjective 278 ametamelētos respectively. Greek noun 5486 charisma is the permanent endowment of God’s spirit and Greek adjective 278 ametamelētos reaffirms that God will not change his mind once he permanently endows his spirit.

Romans 9:12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.

This verse refers to Esau as the elder and Jacob as the younger.

Romans 9:13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

English “hated” in Romans 9:13 was mistranslated from Greek verb 3404 miseo meaning to detest. The modern definition of the English verb to detest is to hate. The etymology of English detest is from Latin detestari literally meaning to de-testify. Greek verb 3404 miseo was also mistranslated into English “hate” in Luke 14:26 and everyone should instinctively know that Jesus did not say the criteria to be his learner was to hate one’s father and mother and every other human being we have ever known including our own soul but Luke 14:26 indeed says we must de-testify the flesh thoughts and feelings of all human beings including our own soul in order to be a learner of Jesus Christ. God implanted a thought in me that I will superimpose now. “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him”. The entities named in Revelation 12:9 and Revelation 20:2 are all in fact the flesh thoughts and feelings of human beings beginning with Eve who was the first “tree of knowledge of good and evil” who superimposed her thoughts unto Adam. English “without partiality” emboldened in James 3:17 was mistranslated from Greek adjective 87 adiakritos which appears only in James 3:17. Greek adjective 87 adiakritos is from a compound of Greek negative particle 1 a synonymous with English not and Greek preposition 1223 dia denoting the channel of an act and Greek verb 2919 krino meaning to judge. God’s definition of Greek adjective 87 adiakritos describes God’s grammatical objects whose thoughts are not through means of judgment.

English “without hypocrisy” emboldened in James 3:17 was mistranslated from Greek adjective 505 anypokritos which was 4 times mistranslated into English “unfeigned” 1 time into “without dissimulation” and 1 time into “without hypocrisy”. Greek adjective 505 anypokritos is from a compound of Greek negative particle 1 a synonymous with English not and Greek preposition 5259 hupo meaning under in the genitive case as a grammatical object is under their grammatical subject and Greek verb 2919 krino meaning to judge. God’s definition of Greek adjective 505 anupokritos describes God’s grammatical objects whose thoughts are not under judgment.

English “righteousness” emboldened in James 3:18 was translated from Greek feminine noun 1343 dikaiosune from a compound of Greek adjective 1342 dikaios describing and qualifying God’s definition of right and Greek preposition 4862 sun denoting union. If you are the grammatical object of one of the world’s 4,351 religions you will be in union with one of 4,351 religion’s definition of right. If God is your only grammatical subject you will be in union with God’s definition of right. I do not wish to tell you my thoughts.  I do not wish to be your grammatical subject. I am showing you the process to “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” whereby you can be God’s direct grammatical object and God’s spirit can be your direct grammatical subject.

English “good” emboldened in James 3:17 was translated from Greek adjective 18 agathos describing God alone. Matthew 19:17 Mark 10:18 and Luke 18:19 all confirm there is none good/agathos but one, that is, God. It is possible to be full of good/agathos fruits only when God is your one spiritual grammatical subject. When I was a child I sat in a Sunday school class and thought, what I am being taught is not right. When I was young I sat in a church pew and thought, what I am being taught is not right. What is not right is the flesh thoughts and feelings of human beings and seminary schools who have mistranslated, misinterpreted and mis-taught God’s spiritual truth.

English “from above” emboldened in James 3:15 and James 3:17 were correctly translated from Greek adverb 509 anothen. I bring this to your attention because Greek adverb 3825 palin is one of the few bible words that was correctly translated every time it appears in the bible. The good news is that Greek adverb 3825 palin was correctly translated 142 times into English “again”. The bad news is that Greek adverb 3825 palin appears nowhere in the third chapter of John. English “again” in John 3:3 and 3:7 were grossly mistranslated from Greek adverb 509 anothen and anyone who follows God’s instructions of “rightly dividing the word of truth” of 2Timothy 2:15 “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” by uncovering the flesh thoughts and feelings of all the world’s 4,351 religions that cover God’s spiritual truth. Human beings are not born again by their faith in any of the world’s 4,351 religions. Human beings are born “from above” by God’s faith in them during this earth age pursuant to God’s will which is adequately defined in English in Joel 2:28 John 1:9 Romans 14:11-12 Acts 2:17 Acts 24:15 Luke 3:6  2Peter 3:9  Ephesians 1:10 Romans 8:21 Romans 11:32  1Timothy 4:10 and 1Timothy 2:3-4.

English “truth” emboldened in James 3:14 was translated from Greek feminine noun 225 aletheia from a compound of Greek negative particle 1 a synonymous with English not and Greek verb 2990 lanthano meaning to hide by covering. Flesh thoughts and feelings of human beings who mistranslate or human beings standing behind pulpits misinterpret God hiding and covering God’s inherent spiritual truth. “God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written”

Romans 9:11 For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;

English “election” in Romans 9:11 was translated from Greek noun 1589 ekloge which was translated into English “election” in Romans 11:4-7, 28 and was translated into “chosen” in Acts 9:15 confirming that the apostle Paul is among God’s “seven thousand” “election”. Greek verb 1586 eklegomai [the verb form of Greek noun 1589 ekloge] was translated into English “chosen” in John 15:16 confirming that Jesus’ eleven disciples are among God’s “seven thousand” “election”. Greek adjective 1588 eklektos was 7 times translated into English “chosen” and 16 times into “elect”. Greek adjective 1588 eklektos was translated into “chosen” in 1Peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light” confirming that God’s “seven thousand” “election” “shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years” [study Hebrew H4442 malki-ṣeḏeq and Greek 3198 melchisedek as they relate to John 8:53-58]. God proved in prior posts that God’s New Testament “promise” is in fact the permanent endowment of God’s Spirit unto only God’s “seven thousand” “election” [Matthew 12:32]. Jesus in Matthew 13:17 speaking to his disciples said “That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them” because  the flesh Old Testament/covenant/contract/law between God and the Israelites consisted of the angel of God directly delivering a short message to God’s “prophets” who reiterated God’s brief message to a handful of people within walking distance because God’s spirit was not available to the masses until ten days after the ascension of Jesus Christ. The spiritual New Testament/covenant/contract/law between God and “seven thousand” “election” is predicate to Jesus’ Luke 12:51 words “Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division”. The “division” consists of God leaving “seven thousand” “election” to himself and removing “the rest” which includes aforementioned Muslims, Christians, Jews and the rest of the world’s 4,351 religions from God’s process pursuant to God’s will which is expressed in 1Timothy 2:3-4 “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour” “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth” which will occur during the “thousand years” “Lord’s day” which will take place between this earth age and the eternal age that follows. The world’s 4,351 religions cover and hide God’s spiritual truth. Since the beginning of this earth age death has segregated human beings into heaven and on earth. Millions of human beings died before God came to earth in the embodiment of Jesus Christ, so how will God our Savior “have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth”? Simple as Ephesians 1:10 “That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him”. Aforementioned “thousand years” “Lord’s day” will commence “in the dispensation of the fulness of times” of Ephesians 1:10. “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour” “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth” which will occur during the “thousand years” “Lord’s day” which will take place between this earth age and the eternal age that follows.

Self professed Muslims flew passenger airline jets into the twin towers, the pentagon and a Pennsylvania field killing 2,977 human beings in the name of their religion. Winston Churchill wrote, “Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it”. Self professed Muslims Christians and Jews have been repeating history and killing one another in the name of their religions for thousands of years. What does the bible say in James 3:13-18 “Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom” “But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth” “This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish” “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work” “But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy” “And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace”.

Reminder: the flesh Old Testament/covenant/contract/law between God and the Israelites consisted of the angel of God delivering a short message to God’s “prophets” who reiterated God’s brief message to a handful of people within walking distance because God’s spirit was not available to the masses until ten days following the ascension of Jesus Christ. Today, God’s spiritual New Testament/covenant/contract/constitution/law between God and “seven thousand” “election” allow each of God’s “chosen” “elect” to electronically reiterate God’s spiritual truth throughout the world. Romans 9:9-33 differentiates the flesh promise God made to Sarah and Abraham from the spiritual promise God made to “seven thousand” “election” and segregates those flesh and spiritual processes.

Romans 9:9 For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son.

English “promise” in Romans 9:9 was translated from Greek feminine noun 1860 epangelia from a compound of Greek preposition 1909 epi denoting superimposition and Greek masculine noun 32 angelos which was correctly translated 179 times into English “angel” in this context being the angel of God who directly delivered to Abraham and Sarah the singular promise of their son Isaac being born in their old age. The angel of God came to Moses in the form of a burning bush. The apostle Paul came to the angel of God in a very different way as documented in part in Galatians 2:9 understanding that “Cephas” is “Peter” and understanding that Jesus took Peter James and John to heaven as documented in Matthew 16:28-Matthew 17:9 Mark 9:1-8 and Luke 9:27-36. Understand also that Paul, in 2Corinthians 12:1-6, was referring to himself as “one caught up to the third heaven” subsequent to Paul being stoned to death per Jewish law as documented in Acts 14:19-20 “And there came thither certain Jews from Antioch and Iconium, who persuaded the people, and having stoned Paul, drew him out of the city, supposing he had been dead” “Howbeit, as the disciples stood round about him, he rose up, and came into the city: and the next day he departed with Barnabas to Derbe”. English “supposing” emboldened in Acts 14:19 was mistranslated from Greek verb 3543 nomizo from Greek noun 3551 nomos correctly translated 197 times into English “law”. Greek verb 3543 nomizo means to do by law. English “had been dead” was mistranslated from Greek verb 2348 thnesko meaning to die. Paul died from being stoned to death per Jewish law by religious zealots. The earthly time between Paul being “stoned” and the time “the disciples stood round about him” equated to “three years” of Galatians 1:11-20 relative to 2Peter 3:8-10’s “be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years”. The “Lord’s day”  of Revelation 1:10 is “the day of the Lord Jesus” of Corinthians 5:5 which is “the day of our Lord Jesus Christ” of 1Corinthians 1:8 and “the day of the Lord Jesus” of 2Corinthians 1:11-14, all of which are the “thousand years” of Psalm 90:4  2Peter 3:8-10 and Revelation 20:2,3,4,5 and 6 when “God our Saviour” “will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth”. The apostle Paul superimposed what Paul learned from “three years” in heaven by writing most of the New Testament. The apostle John who wrote the books of John, 1John, 2John and Revelation “was in the isle that is called Patmos” 2,000 years ago while simultaneously “in the Spirit on the Lord’s day” which is the future “thousand years” that are yet to come. Paul and John are among God’s “seven thousand” “election” who will shorten the days of “tribulation” at the end of this earth age as documented in the Greek words of Matthew 24:21-22 and Mark 13:19-20 as well as to cause “the rest” of “creation” “to come unto the knowledge of the truth” during  the “thousand years” “Lord’s day” “Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God” “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour” “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth”.

Romans 9:10 And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;

Romans 9:10 is reasonably well translated so I am going to relate Romans 9:7 and Romans 9:10 to recent news network’s [on college campus] interviews regarding the deaths of 2,977 Americans on 9/11/2001. Not only did the college students misconstrue the 20 year old facts, they had no concept of the 4,000 year old biblical covenant between God and Abraham Isaac and Jacob that contributed to those 9/11/2001 events. Abraham’s firstborn son Ishmael was born to Hagar [Greek transliterated “Agar” in Galatians 4:24 and 25] Sarah’s slave. Abraham’s second born son Isaac born of Sarah is the patriarch of modern Judaism and Christianity. Abraham’s firstborn son Ishmael born of Hagar is the patriarch of the modern Islam religion of Sunni and Shia Muslims. Differentiation of Isaac and Ishmael are expressed in Galatians 4:21-31 Genesis 16:1-16 Genesis 21:1-21 and Genesis 25:1-26. Descendents of Ishmael and Isaac have been warring for thousands of years even though Genesis 25:8-9 begs the question why? “Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people” “And his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron the son of Zohar the Hittite, which is before Mamre”. Which confirms that the thousands of years of war is a byproduct of religion. Not of God. Not of Isaac. Not of Ishmael. College student interviews are concerning because if they do not understand history they will repeat history.   

Romans 9:7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.

Galatians 3:29 “And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise”. Confirms that the criteria to be Abraham’s seed is receipt and retention of God’s Spirit rather than being the flesh descendents of Abraham, as also documented in previous posts and Romans 9:8 that follows.

Romans 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

English “promise” in Romans 9:8 & 9 were both translated from Greek feminine noun 1860 epangelia defined in prior posts as the permanent endowment of God’s Spirit. Matthew 13:17 “For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them” documents God’s differentiation of Old and New Testament processes and we will invest as much time as is necessary to explain God’s differentiation. Hebrews 10:7 says “Then said I, Lo, I come in the volume of the book it is written of me, to do thy will, O God”. Various tenses of English “come” were translated from Greek verb 1525 eiserchomai meaning to come into, Greek verb 1330 dierchomai meaning to come through one place to another, Greek verb 1831 exerchomai meaning to come from another place of origin, Greek verb 2064 erchomai meaning to come or go in the past or present tense, Greek verb 2240 heko meaning to be present, Greek noun 3952 parousia being the future coming of Jesus Christ, from Greek verb 5562 choreo meaning to make room to receive and from Greek verb 5348 phthano meaning to come beforehand in the sense of achieving or attaining an objective before others. English “come” in Hebrews 10:7 “Then said I, Lo, I come in the volume of the book it is written of me, to do thy will, O God” was translated from Greek verb 2240 heko meaning to be present. English “volume” in Hebrews 10:7 was translated from Greek feminine noun 2777 kephalis being the knobs [little heads] at the ends of wooden rods to which animal skin parchments and papyrus writing materials were attached. Animal skin parchments were hand written upon in Hebrew and papyrus pages were hand written upon in Greek. Etymology of English “volume” is from Latin volumen meaning “scroll” from Latin volvere meaning “to roll”. The first fifty bibles containing both a new and Old Testament were commissioned by the Roman Emperor Constantine in 325 AD. Theologians who believe the New Testament was written in Latin subsequent to the Western Roman Empire speaking Latin are wrong because the first fifty bibles were created for people in the Eastern Roman Empire whose language was Greek. The printing press was introduced by Johannes Gutenberg in 1436 AD. The King James Bible was introduced in 1611 AD. God’s Spirit is present in Old Testament Hebrew and New Testament Greek transliterated words; not in English words. God makes that clear to “seven thousand” “election”. Greek verb 1586 eklegomai [the verb form of Greek noun 1589 ekloge] was translated into English “chosen” in John 15:16 confirming that Jesus’ eleven disciples [following death of Judas Iscariot] are among God’s “seven thousand” “election”. Greek adjective 1588 eklektos was 7 times translated into English “chosen” and 16 times into “elect”. Greek adjective 1588 eklektos was translated into “chosen” in 1Peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light” confirming that God’s “election” “shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years”.
