Greek adjective 3501 neos describes a noun or pronoun that is the opposite of old. Greek adjective 2537 kainos describes the influence of God’s spirit. Greek adjective 2537 kainos was translated into “new” in 2Corinthians 3:4-6. Acts 9:15 documents that the Apostle Paul is among God’s “seven thousand” “election” Paul defines in the third chapter of 2Corinthians.

Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Suffice it to say that “the rich man” was in the same place at the same time as “Abraham” and “Lazarus” but “the rich man” was in a mortal body not exuding God’s light while “Abraham” and “Lazarus” were in immortal spiritual bodies exuding God’s light. God’s performance of Greek verb 5048 teleioo subjectively meaning to cause to complete transition from flesh thoughts and feelings to become entirely God’s spiritual thoughts and ways. God’s “seven thousand” “election” performed the action of Greek verb 5293 hupotasso as defined above as well as Greek verb 5087 tithemi which was translated into “be made” in Hebrews 10:13. English bible phrase “were baptized into his death” is predicated upon God’s “election” completing transition from flesh thoughts and feelings to become entirely God’s spiritual thoughts and ways and God designed this process so God’s “election” can not know if they completed this process until they take their last flesh breath so it is a flesh life long process.
