I dug out my old 20 pound dictionary and reread its definition of “engraft” then restudied Romans 11:16-32 from the perspective of the breaking of bread as it relates to “be broken off” in Romans 11:17 and “were broken off” in Romans 11:19 and 20 respectively. English “be broken off” and “were broken off” in all three cases were translated from Greek verb 1575 ekklao which appears only in the aforementioned three verses but God always provides us with a process pursuant to “rightly dividing the word of truth”. Greek verb 1575 ekklao is from a compound of Greek preposition 1537 ek denoting origin and Greek verb 2806 klao which appears in  fourteen verses in the context of the breaking of bread but God is calling our attention to 1Corinthians 11:24 “And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me”.
