I was pissed but God had permanently etched his message into my mind. Human beings “darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge”. Then I noticed that the computer was on and HTML Bible was on the screen so I immediately wrote down the web address and came to understand that at a time of God’s choosing God answered my “hey Lord how about a little help here” prayer. It was infinitely faster to follow God’s 2Timothy 2:15, 19-21 “Study” directive with an online Strong’s Concordance in conjunction with an online King James Bible. About forty years earlier I prayed constantly for 72 hours but our infant daughter died and afterward I asked God to give me 15 minutes alone with him. I said no problem; I’ve had some of those days too. As I walked away I wondered how many guys had I inflicted pain upon who were just having a bad day. Since that day I just say sorry and walk away for both our sakes. I am only giving you enough of my history that you understand that when I asked God for fifteen minutes God knew I was threatening him after our daughter died but granted my prayer for 15 minutes with God 38 years later so I could understand that she is better off in God’s hands than mine.
