It might surprise you to know that God is the performer of the action of both Greek verb 1096 ginomai which was translated into English “be made” in Romans 11:9 and “should be married” in Romans 7:4 and be fulfilled in Luke 21:32 “Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled”.
