Spirit Not Flesh Grammatical Subject

Addendum: I inexplicably omitted third verse of eighth chapter of Romans.

Romans 8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

English “law” in Romans 8:3 above is not the spiritual “law of God” but is the flesh “law of Moses” the flesh Old Testament/covenant/contract/law is predicated upon judgment and punishment while the New Testament/covenant/contract/law is predicated upon bringing to fruition the “law of God” being “the will of God” adequately defined in English in Joel 2:28-31  John 1:9   Romans 14:11   Acts 2:17   Acts 24:15   Luke 3:6 2 Peter 3:9 Ephesians 1:10   Romans 8:21 Romans 11:26-32 and 1Timothy 2:3-6.

English “condemned” above was translated from Greek verb 2632 katakrino which is the verb form of Greek noun 2631 katakrima both from a compound of Greek preposition 2596 kata meaning down as a grammatical object is down from their grammatical subject and Greek verb 2919 krino meaning to judge.
