Romans 7:11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.

Paul’s actions prior to his encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus temporarily caused his spiritual death. Paul’s encounter with Jesus reestablished his spiritual life.

Romans 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.

English “just” in Romans 7:12 was translated from Greek adjective 1342 dikaios describing right, per God’s definition of right.

English “good” in Romans 7:12 and “that which is good” in Romans 7:13 were both translated from Greek adjective 18 agathos describing God alone. Matthew 19:17 Mark 10:18 and Luke 18:19 all confirm there is none good/agathos but one, that is, God.

Romans 7:13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.

English “that which is good” in Romans 7:13 was translated from Greek adjective 18 agathos describing God alone. Matthew 19:17 Mark 10:18 and Luke 18:19 all confirm there is none good/agathos but one, that is, God.

Greek verb 1096 ginomai meaning to bring something to fruition was translated into “might become” in Romans 7:13. Greek verb 1096 ginomai in conjunction with Greek 3361 me [a particle of limited negation] was mistranslated into English “God forbid” in Romans 7:13. English “God” throughout the New Testament was 1,320 times correctly translated from Greek masculine noun 2316 theos which appears in Romans 7:4, 22, and 25 but does not appear in Romans 7:13. A flesh human being some 410 years ago added English “God” where no corresponding Greek word existed.

Romans 7:10 And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.

English “ordained to” and “to be unto” were both translated from Greek primary preposition 1519 eis indicating the point entered into, of place, time, or purpose of mind. The flesh Old Testament/covenant/contract/law requires flesh judgment and punishment which renders spiritual death. God’s definition of belief as related to belief in God and Jesus is not a casual belief nor is it a one or seven hour per week endeavor. God requires entering into Jesus’ same place, at the same time and the same purpose of mind pursuant to doing God’s will, which renders spiritual life. Greek primary preposition 1519 eis was translated into English “into” in “For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his” “Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief” “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart”.

English “Let us labour” in Hebrews 4:10-12 above was translated from Greek verb 4704 spoudazo meaning to work hard pursuant to an objective by prioritizing the objective; in this context the objective is God’s will. Greek verb 4704 spoudazo was translated into “Study” in “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” and into “give diligence” in “Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall”.

English “unbelief” in Hebrews 4:11 was mistranslated from Greek noun 543 apeitheia from a compound of Greek 1 a synonymous with English un or not and Greek verb 3982 peitho meaning to persuade. Greek noun 543 apeitheia in the context of Hebrews 4:10-12 identifies those who are not persuaded by God’s truth. Greek verb 544 apeitheo means to not allow one’s self to be persuaded of God’s truth. Greek adjective 545 apeithes describes human beings who do not allow themselves to be persuaded of God’s intrinsic truth. Greek noun 543 apeitheia Greek verb 544 apeitheo and Greek adjective 545 apeithes are all from a compound of Greek 1 a synonymous with English un or not and Greek verb 3982 peitho. When the grammatical subject performs the action of Greek verb 3982 peitho it means to persuade and when the grammatical object receives the action performed it means to be persuaded. Most human beings are not directly persuaded by God’s intrinsic spiritual truth because they are grammatical objects of flesh grammatical subjects rather than God. “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition” “Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God” “And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time”.

English emboldened “that man” in 2Thesselonians 2:3 above was translated from Greek noun 444 anthropos being a human being. This human being stands behind a pulpit and reiterates the doctrine of one of the worlds 4,351 religions that they were taught in seminary school. Their grammatical objects sit in church pews. Neither the grammatical subject nor the grammatical objects seem to understand that God is being displaced. Why in the world would any human being believe they need another human being between themselves and God’s Spirit? “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” “But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him”.

English “know” in 2Thesselonians 2:36 above was translated from Greek verb 1492 eido meaning for the grammatical object to see through the eyes and know through the thoughts of their grammatical subject.

English “his” in 2Thesselonians 2:36 above was translated from Greek pronoun 1438 heautou being a reflexive pronoun in the genitive case, in this context being the one and only God and God’s grammatical object in this case at this moment of “time” being me who just “revealed” that purveyors of the world’s 4,351 religions “sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God”.

English “dividing asunder” in Hebrews 4:12 above was translated from Greek noun 3311 merismos being division and distribution from Greek verb 3307 merizo meaning to divide and distribute. Greek noun 3311 merismos was intentionally mistranslated 410 years ago by a flesh human being who apparently perceived himself smarter than God into English “gifts” in “God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will”? God divides and distributes His Holy Spirit to God’s “seven thousand” “election” God said “I have reserved to myself” pursuant to and “according to his own will”.

English thoughts in Hebrews 4:12 above was mistranslated from Greek noun 1761 enthymesis from a compound of Greek preposition 1722 en synonymous with English in and Greek masculine noun 2372 thumos from Greek verb 2380 thuo subjectively meaning to immolate and objectively means to be sacrificed to hell. Greek masculine noun 2372 thumos was translated into English “wrath” “fierceness” and “indignation” but is in fact the immolation of hell intrinsic in most flesh thoughts and feelings.   

Greek noun 1761 enthymesis was translated into “thoughts” in “And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts” and “And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand” and was mistranslated into “device” in “Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device”. English “graven” in Acts 17:29 above was translated from Greek noun 5480 charagma which was translated into English “mark” in Revelation 13:16, 13:17, 14:9, 14:11, 15:2, 16:2, 19:20 and 20:4. If you understand none of God’s other biblical spiritual truth understand Greek 5480 charagma and understand that the “beast” in Revelation 13:16, 13:17, 14:9, 14:11, 15:2, 16:2, 19:20 and 20:4 is any grammatical subject other than God which is every flesh human grammatical subject other than Jesus Christ. “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six”.  Meaning they come at the sixth seal, the sixth vial and the sixth trump. The seventh trump is the last.

Greek feminine noun 3709 orge is intrinsic human flesh emotion. English “wrath” has been translated from both Greek feminine noun 3709 orge and Greek masculine noun 2372 thumos from Greek verb 2380 thuo subjectively meaning to immolate and objectively means to be sacrificed to hell. Greek feminine noun 3709 orge [emotion] is the cause and Greek masculine noun 2372 thumos [the sacrifice of others to hell] is the effect.

English intents in Hebrews 4:12 above was translated from Greek noun 1771 ennoia from a compound of Greek preposition 1722 en synonymous with English in and Greek masculine noun noia being God’s spiritual thoughts.

Romans 7:9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

There is biblical flesh life and death. There is biblical spiritual life and death. Paul is describing his own past tense spiritual death to the Romans.

Romans 7:8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.

If we see Romans 7:8-11 through flesh eyes we might misinterpret that the apostle Paul was blaming the law for killing his spirit. Paul’s bible phrase “in me that is, in my flesh, dwelleth no good thing” allows us to see through God’s and Paul’s spiritual eyes to know that the “we” in “we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit” are the “seven thousand” “election” God said “I have reserved to myself”. Paul’s words in Romans 7:5,7,8,9,10, and 11 are in the past tense while verse 12 is present tense, 13 is present, past and future tense. Verse 14 reminds us that even though God’s “election” in “covenant” with God, killed their flesh thoughts and feelings they still reside in flesh bodies and verses 15-24 warn God’s “election” of subsequent flesh vulnerability. Flesh Old Testament/covenant/contract/law of Moses requires judgment and punishment. God’s “seven thousand” “election” entered into a spiritual New Testament/covenant/contract/constitution/law with God requiring God’s “seven thousand” constituents to bring God’s will to fruition.       

Romans 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

Greek verb 1096 ginomai in conjunction with Greek 3361 me a particle of limited negation, was mistranslated into English “God forbid” in Romans 7:7 and 7:13 as noted in Romans 7:3 post. English “God” throughout the New Testament was 1,320 times correctly translated from Greek masculine noun 2316 theos which appears in Romans 7:4, 22, and 25 but does not appear in Romans 7:7 or 7:13. Paul neither said nor wrote “God forbid”. Paul, who was visually impaired, could speak both Hebrew and Greek said the Greek conditional particle 3361 me and verb 1096 ginomai which Timothy presumably transcribed and another flesh human being some 410 years ago would mistranslate into English “God forbid”. The “election” God said “I have reserved to myself” are “dead” to the flesh “law of Moses” because they have through “covenant” with God entered into the spiritual “law of God” so the flesh “law of Moses” can not bring sin to fruition with not being translated from Greek 3361 me and bring sin to fruition from Greek verb 1096 ginomai. I must go back and apply my new found understanding of Greek verb 1096 ginomai to Romans 11:4 at the end of this post. English “it” in Romans 11:7 phrase “the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded” is God’s Spirit and everyone other than God’s “seven thousand” “election” are “the rest”. Greek 3361 me particle of limited negation is limited because “the rest” are the “all” of  Romans 11:32 “For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all” “That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him” “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour” “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth”. Since the beginning of time flesh physical death has divided all God’s children, every human being ever born, into heaven and earth. The only way to “have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth” is to “gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth”. English “men” was translated from Greek noun 444 anthropos being human beings either male or female. Greek noun 1135 gune designates female. Greek noun 435 aner designates male. English “all” immediately preceding “men” was correctly translated from Greek adjective 3956 pas which describes all human beings, everyone ever born. Greek adjective 3956 pas was mistranslated into English noun “all things”. Any of the world’s 4,351 religions teaching doctrine other than the bible doctrine contained in this paragraph are in conflict with God’s word.   

English emboldened “known” in Romans 7:7 was translated from Greek verb 1492 eido meaning for grammatical objects to see through the eyes and know through the thoughts of their grammatical subject. Paul in Romans 7:6 “we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit” confirmed that Paul saw through God’s eyes and knew through God’s thoughts and was among the “seven thousand” “election” God said “I have reserved to myself”  as did the Greek feminine noun 1589 ekloge which was translated into “chosen” in “But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel”. English “vessel” was translated from Greek noun 4632 skeuos being a vessel God can fill with what God wants pursuant to God’s will. Best exemplified by Romans 9:21-23, 2Corinthians 4:7, 1Thessalonians 4:4 and 2Timothy 2:21 “Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour” “What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction” “And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory” “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us” “That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour” “If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work”. English “honour” and “dishonour” in previous bible verses were translated from Greek feminine noun 5092 time being value relative to the price God paid on a Roman cross and Greek feminine noun 819 atimia being no value relative to the price God paid on the cross. My objective is not to teach you God’s definition of every Hebrew and Greek word in the bible but rather to superimpose God’s process whereby you may become God’s personal grammatical object among “seven thousand” “election” God said “I have reserved to myself”.

English “lust” in Romans 7:7 above and “concupiscence” in Romans 7:8 were mistranslated from Greek feminine noun 1939 epithumia. English “covet” was mistranslated from Greek verb 1937 epithumeo. To understand Greek feminine noun 1939 epithumia and Greek verb 1937 epithumeo it is helpful to understand Greek masculine noun 1938 epithumetes because all three Greek words are from a compound of Greek preposition 1909 epi denoting superimposition and Greek masculine noun 2372 thumos from Greek verb 2380 thuo meaning to immolate by fire, better known as judging others who believe differently than one’s self, worthy of hell. Paul did not know Greek feminine noun 1939 epithumia was sin until Paul saw it through God’s eyes and knew it through God’s spiritual thoughts. English false narrative “hell” has been translated from Hebrew noun H7585 she’owl meaning grave, from Greek noun 1067 geenna being the valley of the son of Hinnom containing Jerusalem’s garbage pit where Jesus instructed us to cast any flesh member [Mt 5:29 James 3:6] that offends God’s Spirit and the valley of the son of Hinnom God refers to in “And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination” and from Greek proper noun 86 hades from a compound of Greek 1 a negative particle synonymous with English un or not and Greek verb 1492 eido meaning to see through the eyes and know through the thoughts of one’s grammatical subject. Greek 86 proper noun hades is the impossibility of flesh human beings to see through God’s eyes and to know through God’s thoughts because they are grammatical objects of grammatical subjects other than God.

Luke 16:11 “If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches”. English “will commit to trust” in Luke 16:11 was translated from Greek verb 4100 pisteuo. Grammatical subject is the performer of a verb’s action. Grammatical object is the recipient of the action performed. Greek verb 4100 pisteuo was translated 239 times into English “believe”. Greek noun 4102 pistis was translated 239 times into English “faith”; both are from Greek verb 3982 peitho meaning to persuade. Greek verb 3982 peitho was translated into English “persuaded” in Matthew 27:20 “But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus”. The “chief priests” and church “elders” were the grammatical subjects who “persuaded” their grammatical objects “the multitude” to “destroy Jesus”. The bible makes it clear that grammatical subjects other than God persuade their grammatical objects to believe and have faith in things contrary to God’s spiritual truth. Today’s “priests” and church “elders” persuade their congregations that they perform the spiritual action of the Greek verb 4100 pisteuo translated into various tenses of English “believe”. Greek verb 4100 pisteuo was also translated into English “commit” in John 2:24 into “will commit to trust” in Luke 16:11 into “the gospel is committed unto me” in 1 Corinthians 9:17 “was committed unto me” in Galatians 2:7 “was committed to” in 1 Timothy 1:11 and “is committed unto” in Titus 1:3. God is the true performer of the action of Greek verb 4100 pisteuo/ “believe”.  Belief of and faith in God’s spiritual truth “is committed unto” “the election” God said “I have reserved to myself” “the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded” to preclude “the rest” from Matthew 12:32 “And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come”. “Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God” “Who also hath made us able ministers of the New Testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life”. English “us” in previous bible verse was translated from Greek pronoun 2248 hemas. Greek noun 1589 ekloge and Greek verb 1586 eklegomai which were translated into English “chosen” in Acts 9:15 and John 15:16 document that when we see biblical pronouns “us” “we” and “our” the writers of the bible are referring to God’s “seven thousand” “election” who have no interaction with the world’s 4,351 religions. 

Luke 16:11 & 12 “If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches” “And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man’s, who shall give you that which is your own”.

English “unrighteousness” was translated from Greek noun 93 adikia which is the noun form of Greek adjective 94 adikos which was translated into English “he that is unjust” “unjust” and “the unrighteous” above. Greek adverb 95 adikos Greek adjective 94 adikos Greek noun 93 adikia Greek noun 92 adikema and Greek verb 91 adikeo are all from a compound of Greek 1 a synonymous with English un or not and Greek noun 1349 dike being right per God’s definition of right. There are 4,351 world religions because there are 4,351 different definitions of what is right and what is not right but only God’s definition of right and not right will count on judgment day.

English “ye have been” above in Luke 16:11 and 12 were translated from Greek verb 1096 ginomai defined in Romans 7:3 in a previous post, “Flesh Adultresses” and Romans 7:7 in a soon to be published post “Human Beings See Not Their Own Flesh Sin Until They See Through God’s Spiritual Eyes”. English “not” between “ye have” and “been ” was translated from Greek particle 3756 ou meaning absolute negation.

English noun “the true riches” in Luke 16:11 above was mistranslated from Greek adjective 228 alethinos which was correctly translated 27 times into English “true” describing Jesus, God, God’s Word and “worshipers” in “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him”. God’s “seven thousand” “election” in a joint venture “covenant” with God became “dead” to flesh thoughts and feelings in deference to God’s spiritual thoughts and ways “that we should serve in newness of spirit”.

Romans 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

English “serve” was translated from Greek verb 1398 douleuo meaning to serve as a slave either voluntarily or involuntarily. In the above context God’s grammatical objects serve voluntarily in “covenant” with God. Greek noun 1397 douleia is the bondage of servitude most often as grammatical objects of religions that profess themselves mediators between God and human beings contrary to 1Timothy 2:5. Greek verb 1398 douleuo means to serve as a slave either voluntarily or involuntarily documented in detail at the end of this paragraph. Greek noun 1399 doule is a female slave either voluntarily or involuntarily in biblical context being Mary the mother of Jesus and “handmaidens” in “And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy” with “servants” being translated from Greek masculine noun 1401 doulos. Greek 1400 doulon does not appear in the Bible or Strong’s Concordance but is the neuter form of Greek masculine noun 1401 doulos which is a male slave either voluntarily or involuntarily best defined in Acts 2:18 above and in 1Corinthians 7:21-22, Galatians 1:10, Galatians 4:1-9, 2Peter 2:18-19, Revelation 1:1-6, 7:2-3 and 22:6-7.  Greek verb 1398 douleuo means to serve as a slave either voluntarily or involuntarily best exemplified as “serve” in “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon” with “mammon” being from Greek noun, of Aramaic origin 3126 mamonas. Understanding of Greek noun [of Aramaic origin] 3126 mamonas will be enhanced by the original Greek words contained in Luke 16:9-13 “And I say unto you, Make to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when ye fail, they may receive you into everlasting habitations” “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much” “If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches” “And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man’s, who shall give you that which is your own” “No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon”. Greek noun 3126 mamonas [of Aramaic origin] is confidence in flesh physical things. Money could be one of a plethora of flesh physical things. This post contains bible documentation that flesh physical confidence/mamonas extends to many things that are not right per God’s definition of right.

Romans 7:5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

The “fruit unto death” is flesh thoughts and feelings fruit which was inherent “when we were in the flesh” bringing forth spiritual “death”.

English “the motions” in Romans 7:5 are in fact emotion and was translated from Greek noun 3804 pathema which was translated into English “affections” in Galatians 5:14 “And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts”. God’s “seven thousand” “election” have crucified their flesh thoughts and feelings in deference to God’s spiritual thoughts and ways.

Romans 7:4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

English “brethren” in Romans 7:4 was well translated from Greek masculine noun 80 adelphos but widely misunderstood by grammatical objects of flesh grammatical subjects. Jesus said: “For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother”. Flesh grammatical objects of flesh grammatical subjects are oblivious to God’s will defined in analysis of Romans 7:3 above. Paul’s Romans 7:4 “brethren” are Paul’s and Jesus’ “brethren” of Romans 8:29 “For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren” who are the “seven thousand” “election” God said “I have reserved to myself”  “are become dead to the law” who in “covenant” with God, killed their flesh thoughts and feelings in deference to God’s spiritual thoughts and ways “that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead”. We should bring forth “fruit unto God” which is spiritual fruit pursuant to God’s will.
