Flesh Versus Spiritual Nativity

I can not overemphasize the importance of understanding that Greek adverb 509 anothen was correctly translated into “from above” in John 3:31 John 19:11 James 1:17 James 3:15 and James 3:17 but was mistranslated into “again” in John 3:3 and 7 which is important because people who erroneously perceive and profess themselves born again preclude themselves from ever beginning the criteria God requires to be born from above.
