English “perfect” emboldened in James 1:4 were both translated from Greek adjective 5046 teleios from Greek neuter noun 5056 telos which is the completion of a process pursuant to an objective. Greek adjective 5046 teleios describes and qualifies God’s “seven thousand” “election” who complete the process of transitioning from flesh thoughts and feelings to become entirely God’s spiritual thoughts and ways which Jesus defined as the spiritual first and great commandment in Matthew 22:34-40 and Mark 12:28-34 which provides a vastly different understanding of God’s flesh Old Testament/covenant/contract between God and the “Israelites” and God’s spiritual New Testament/covenant/contract between God and God’s “seven thousand” “chosen” “elect” “election”. Compare Exodus 20:3 and Deuteronomy 5:7 to Matthew 22:34-40 and Mark 12:28-34 and note that the “scribe” changed Jesus’ Greek feminine noun 1271 dianoia “thoughts” into the “scribe”[s] Greek feminine noun 4907 sunesis “understanding”. If you do not think Jesus was warning us to distrust the English words from which God’s Hebrew and Greek words were translated, you are mistaken.
