Romans 14:14 I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.
English “unclean” emboldened in Romans 14:14 were mistranslated from Greek adjective 2839 koinos describing and qualifying what is common in the sense of being shared by many. Greek adjective 2839 koinos was correctly translated into English “common” in Jude 1:3 “Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints”. Greek adjective 2839 koinos more specifically describes and qualifies God’s “seven thousand” “elect” “election” who in common possess God’s spirit during this earth age pursuant to God’s will as defined in 1Timothy 2:3-6 “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour” “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth” “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus” “Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time”. English “due” emboldened in 1Timothy 2:6 was translated from Greek adjective 2398 idios which describes and qualifies one’s own time. The time of God’s “seven thousand” “elect” “election” is this earth age. The time of “the rest” of humanity is the “thousand years” between this earth age and the eternal age that follows. God is not punishing human beings by removing them from God’s process during this earth age. God is protecting them from Matthew 12:32 in order that all “come unto the knowledge of the truth” during the “thousand years” between this earth age and the eternal age that follows.
