English “as much as lieth in” emboldened in Romans 12:18 “If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men” was translated from Greek preposition 1537 ek denoting the origin from whence action or motion proceeds from in relationship to place, time or purpose. In the context of Romans 12:18 God is the origin. No middle men just God. Greek preposition 1537 ek was 366 times translated into English “of” 181 times into “from” 162 times into “out of” but was mistranslated into English words misrepresenting the origin from whence something comes and the most egregious something is faith which comes from God as documented in emboldened verses with the rest reconciling other issues Mt 12:37 Mk 12:30,33 Lk 10:27  Jn 3:34 Rom 1:17 3:30  5:1 9:32 10:17 2Cor 13:4 Gal 2:16 3:2-24 5:5 6:8 Eph 2:8 Phil 1:16-17  3:9 Heb 10:38  11:3 James 2:18-26  1Pt 1:21-23 4:11 1Jn  2:15-27 3:24 4:4-11 5:18-19 and Rev 22:19.
