Understanding English Word Gospel

Romans 1:15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

English “ready” was translated from Greek adjective 4289 prothumos from a compound of Greek preposition 4253 pro meaning “fore” in the sense of being prior or superior to and Greek noun 2372 thumos being emotion, anger fierceness, indignation and wrath associated with flesh thoughts and feelings. Greek adjective 4289 prothumos was translated into English “ready” in “Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready, but the flesh is weak” and into “willing” in “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak”. Our spirit is indeed willing and ready but our flesh renders emotion, anger fierceness, indignation and wrath so God’s spirit needs to displace our flesh whereby “Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him” “Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances” “For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God”.

English “gospel” above, below and throughout the bible were translated from Greek noun 2098 euangelion from Greek verb 2097 euangelizo both from a compound of  Greek adverb 2095 eu denoting a thing well done and Greek noun 32 angelos which was correctly translated 179 times into English “angel”. In the context of Romans 1:15 above and Romans 1:16 that follows being the “angel of Christ”  pursuant to God’s will, which was limited to the “prophets” of the flesh Old Testament/covenant/contract/law and is limited to God’s “election” to the spiritual New Testament/covenant/contract/law. The definition of  English “gospel” is defined as “a book of the Bible belonging to a set of four, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, that tell the story of the life of Jesus Christ” in the Encarta ® World English Dictionary while the bible defines English “gospel” as “well done by the angel of God”. The angel of God is the spirit of God. “Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life”. English “us” in prior bible sentence was translated from Greek pronoun 2248 hemas. Acts 9:15 confirms that Paul is among God’s “election” and Greek pronoun 2248 hemas/us are God’s “election”. “But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises”.  English “covenant” in prior bible sentence and “testament” in 2Corinthians 3:6 above were both translated from Greek noun 1242 diatheke which was 20 times translated into English “covenant” and 13 times translated into English “testament”.  Greek noun 1242 diatheke is from a compound of Greek preposition 1223 dia denoting the channel of an act and Greek noun 2336 theke which appears only as “sheath” in “Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it”? God’s “election” are the “sheath” of “the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God”. Greek noun 1242 diatheke is the spiritual New Testament/covenant/contract/will/law between God and God’s “election”. Greek noun 1242 diatheke is from Greek verb 1303 diatithemi which was translated into English “I will make” in “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them” and “For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people” into “testator” in “For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator” and “For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth” into “made” in “Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed” and into “appoint” and  “hath appointed” in “And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me”. This is the spiritual New Testament/covenant/contract/will/law between God and God’s “election” who are the “seed” noted in Acts 3:25 above. English “kingdom” in Luke 22:29 above was translated from Greek feminine noun 932 basileia which God will define for those who study every verse containing Greek feminine noun 932 basileia, Greek adjective 933 basileios, Greek adjective 934 basileios, Greek masculine noun 935 basileus and Greek verb 936 basileuo.
