Romans 7:17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

English “I know” immediately above, English “know” in Romans 7:14 and “known” in Romans 7:7 were translated from Greek verb 1492 eido meaning for a grammatical object to see through the eyes and know through the thoughts of their grammatical subject. God was and is Paul’s grammatical subject.
Romans 7:19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
Romans 7:20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
